ENCE move on to BLAST Premier Spring Showdown semi

ENCE beat MOUZ 2-0 in the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown quarter-finals and will face MAD Lions next for a spot in the Spring Finals.
ENCE found their way through to the second round of the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown playoffs thanks to a second-place finish in Group A. There they went up against MOUZ, who despite a shaky start in the competition with a win a tie and two losses, made it past the first round of the playoff bracket with a solid victory over Astralis.
The Finns were quick to show their superiority in the series, taking MOUZ' pick Train with a convincing 16-6 scoreline before closing it out on their own map, Dust2, to secure a berth in the semi-final against MAD Lions where they will play for a spot at the BLAST Premier Spring Finals.

MOUZ looked poised to start on the right foot on Train after winning the crucial T-side pistol round thanks to a triple by Robin "ropz" Kool and double by Finn "karrigan" Andersen, but a triple by Jani "Aerial" Jussila in the second round put ENCE on the board on the forcebuy. MOUZ were able to win a forcebuy of their own to keep a 2-2 draw, but were quick to fall behind on the defending side. Elias "Jamppi" Olkkonen and Aleksi "allu" Jalli with a double AWP setup took four players down in the tenth round, making it 8-2 as ENCE ran away with a half that ended 10-5.
Four kills by Jere "sergej" Salo in the second pistol round kept ENCE charging ahead as they went on to take a 13-5 lead going into the first gun round. A successful A execute then put the Finns one round away from match point, which they were able to reach and convert on soon thereafter as MOUZ only managed to win a single round on the CT side.

ENCE brought their momentum over to Dust2, winning the pistol round off the back of doubles by sergej and Miikka "suNny" Kemppi. Down 1-4 MOUZ took a crucial forcebuy with four desert eagle kills, forcing allu to save his AWP. They weren’t able to follow it up, however, and the Finnish squad kept pushing to a 7-2 lead before mouz were able to tally their third. karrigan and company were finally able to string some rounds together, making it 5-7, but were once again stopped in their tracks as ENCE took the half 9-6.
The second pistol round went to MOUZ cleanly, as they didn’t lose a single player to glocks, but ENCE bounced right back with five desert eagle kills in the second round to keep their lead. Back in the driver’s seat, the Finns were fast to close out the map, 16-9, to secure a spot in the next round of playoffs.
